Meet the Owner
DeAnn (Daleela) Williams is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through American Sports & Fitness Associaton. As a little girl, I used to do Jane Fonda workouts and 20 minute workouts with my Mom. I enjoyed it so much that I started creating my own workouts and dances to different songs. Fast forward, years later I graduated with a degree in Psychology, and eager to help others. After losing 53 pounds in a weight loss challenge, I realized how important mental fitness is to this weight loss journey. Let me show you how...

Sisters Sweat Spot Fitness was created as a space for women to feel comfortable and be expressive in a male free zone. It is a space for women to achieve personal and fitness goals, while transforming mentally and physically. Our goal is to help our clients achieve a healthier lifestyle.
