About the event

join us for an awesome and fun run/walk race with a beautiful atmosphere and route.   This route is very scenic and includes a pond.  Sisters Sweat Spot Fitness encourages everyone of all ages and abilities to join their friends for this 5k fun run/walk.   Tshirts and medals are available for finishers.   If you can't walk or run 3.1 miles there is a very short route around the pond for those who want to join in the fun.
